Hudson Valley Eggs come from a 4th generation family owned farm in Upstate NY. Established in 1982, we started selling eggs from our family chickens to the local community. Over 30 years later, we have now grown to distribute butter, cheese, bacon and other food items to the greater Hudson Valley area.

Our premium milk comes from Hudson Valley farms that exceed all standards for excellence in milk quality. Our 10 family-owned and operated herds have placed in the top six in the United States time and time again and exceed industry standards for quality, protein, butterfat, and vitamin and omega 3 content, all naturally.
